The InTouch Forth Valley information service is run by Stirling and District Association for Mental Health (SDAMH).
The service is intended to provide easier access for people in the Stirling and District area, to information about mental health and related areas, and about positive emotional well-being.
The service is delivered to members of the public in the Stirling and District area through face to face advice sessions at relevant organisations, through a local database of information and through this website.
This website is intended to provide a repository of relevant and current links to online resources which people can access from any web browser.
